About Rick & Beth Melner

Rick and Beth Melner are a husband-and-wife real estate team who have called Bend home for many years. With decades of combined experience in real estate, marketing, investment properties and client service, they have helped nearly 200 clients buy and sell homes throughout Central Oregon. Much of their business comes from repeat clients and referrals, something they are especially proud of.

Their strengths balance each other well. Rick brings a calm, analytical approach to evaluating properties, inspections, negotiations and problem solving. His background in marketing, along with years of buying, selling, owning and managing investment properties, gives him a practical understanding of both the financial and personal sides of real estate. Beth keeps the many details of each transaction organized and moving forward, from contracts and deadlines to communication with clients, lenders, escrow officers and other brokers. A former teacher, she is a careful listener who explains things clearly and ensures clients always know what to expect.

Together, Rick and Beth represent buyers and sellers throughout Bend and the surrounding Central Oregon communities. Their experience spans everything from first homes and move-up purchases to luxury properties, new construction, acreage and investment properties. They are honest, responsive and never pushy, and they take the time to understand what matters most to each client. For them, real estate is about more than getting to closing. It is about helping people make good decisions, feel well represented and know they have someone in their corner throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Rick and Beth are the proud parents of five young-adult children. They enjoy hiking and running local trails, snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor, spending time with family and getting outside with their two Labradoodles.
